We make torrone morbido (soft nougat) for its perfect chewy pully texture. Studded with toasted Sicilian almonds and wild Amazonian vanilla beans we bet you won't be able to eat just one.

Amazing!

I stumbled upon the Torrone at the farmers market in Stowe, and seeing it immediately brought me back to my childhood and Christmas. My grandmother made Torrone and put it in our stockings every year. This was delicious…chewy, sweet, full of almonds, yet still light and airy. Just as perfect as I remember it, and most importantly it’s a food that you can experience the love and care put into creating it. Thank you!
