Trenchers Farmhouse and Firefly Farm at Burke Hollow are teaming up to bring the table to the farm.
.
On Sunday, August 8th, Firefly Farm will be hosting a farm dinner, catered by Trenchers Farmhouse, in the orchard of their 30 acre farm nestled into the hills of beautiful Burke, Vermont.
.
A farm tour and happy hour with antipasti snacks will start the evening. A family style vegetarian dinner highlighting local produce will follow, with music from the talented and local singer/songwriter, Sara Lewis.
.
Enjoy the views of the farm fields, Burke Mountain, the Green Mountains in the distance, and the setting sun, all while tasting local cuisine and enjoying our community.

Farm Tour and antipasti starts at 5:30pm dinner starts at 6:30/7pm.  

Tickets include farm tour, antipasti snacks and dinner with water and farm tea.

Erbazzone Bites- Farm grown greens & herbs with whipped local ricotta wrapped in local wheat puff pastry

Tomato Caprese Crostinis - Farm grown tomatoes marinated in aceto balsamic and farm herbs. Marinated local mozzarella topped with Profumo del Vermont. Served over Trenchers garlic and rosemary ciabatta. 

Roasted Eggplant Calabrese stuffed Peppers (gf, vegan) Spicy southern Italian style roasted farm eggplants are stuffed into roasted pepper cups. Topped with gluten free breadcrumbs and herbs.

Firefly Farm Salad- Arugula dressed in Trenchers Basil Pesto Vinaigrette, Roasted Beets, Local Cheese, Radishes, Balsamic Drizzle.

Served with Herb & Sea Salt Focaccia

Family Style Rosetta Rossa- Trenchers Farmhouse Spinach Lasagna Sheets rolled like a rose with Summer Caponata (Roasted, Zucchinis, Eggplants, Peppers, Capers), Farm Herb Ricotta Cheese, Smothered in a Roasted Garlic & Tomato Sauce

Summer Berry Tiramisu - Strawberry Compote layered with IONA Tea soaked sponge cake, whipped basil mascarpone cream.
