This bright red ravioli is made from our signature freshly milled flour blend, farm eggs and organic sun dried tomato powder. The filling is spicy and smooth sauce is made with Le Page Farm's eggplants braised with Peet's Greens' sweet peppers, our farm grown hot Basque peppers, apple balsamic vinegar and farm grown oregano. This is a fun farm take on our calabrese summer sauce.
This is a bright summer ravioli, perfect simply on its own with a little bit of fresh basil or try it with fresh tomatoes or our puttanesca sauce!
