We are very excited to partner with Vermont Italian Culture Association (VICA) for this special virtual cooking class series! Sunday from 4pm -6pm we will gather together virtually and cook a delicious part of the Italian supper. Part 4 of 4 in these fun cooking class series. February 26: 4pm -6pm
Each week we will be teaching and cooking together a key part to the traditional Italian dinner. Gli Antipasti, I Primi, I Secondi and I Dolce. Join us for 1 or all of these fun cook along classes.
Feb 26th - I Dolci - Tiramisu Tradizionale
Nothing sweeter than La Dolce Vita! To honor "the sweet life", in the final class of our cooking series, we will take on the traditional Tiramisu. We will make our own sponge following Giacomo's grandmother's recipe to soak in delicious Italian moka style coffee. Layered between creamy vanilla bean mascarpone cream and topped off with a dusting of cacao powder, this is a class you will not want to miss.
*This tiramisu can be made tradizionale or gluten free.
This is a super fun, good for all skill levels, no special equipment necessary but a stand mixer or hand mixer as well as Italian moka or espresso coffee is recommended! This class runs about 2 hours via Zoom.
