We are very excited to partner with Vermont Italian Culture Association (VICA) for this special virtual cooking class series! Sunday from 4pm -6pm we will gather together virtually and cook a delicious part of the Italian supper. Part 1 of 4 in these fun cooking class series. February 5: 4pm -6pm
Each week we will be teaching and cooking together a key part to the traditional Italian dinner. Gli Antipasti, I Primi, I Secondi and I Dolce. Join us for 1 or all of these fun cook along classes.
Feb 5 - Gli Antipasti
Join us in making our favorite antipasti! Erbazzone! Learn the art of rolling pastry style sfolia to encase this rich greens, herbs and parmesan cheese pie. After which we will build the perfect antipasti board with a true northern Italian spread!
This is a super fun, good for all skill levels, no special equipment necessary but a rolling pin and food processor is recommended! This class runs about 1.5- 2 hours via Zoom.
