Ligurian Salsa di Noci, gets a trip up north towards the Italian Alps this week!
We make our version of the second most famous sauce from this north west coastal region of Italy highlighting Vermont. Black Walnuts bring a rich nuttiness to pair with the spicy and creamy Mt Mansfield Creamery's Halfpipe. Halfpipe is an alpine fondue style cheese with a lovely nutty and herbivorous character brought to life by Le Page Farm's tarragon and our farm grown chives.
