Panna Cotta, the ideal light dessert originally from the hills of Piemonte. While the history to who and when the dish was created is up for debate, this dessert became a quick classic for the region. It is one of the dishes categorized as a traditional food product from Piemonte in 2001.
Our version of this classic features Local milk, cream & buttermilk infused with Wild Amazonian Vanilla Beans and a touch of cardamom to create a creamy, light and delicate custard set with Agar Agar. We top our panna cotta with a compote made from organic Joe's Brook Farm Strawberries, Farm Rosemary & Balsamic Vinegar.
