Semifreddo is not churned like ice cream, instead this light and airy mousse is set and frozen.
This layered frozen dessert features a lemon curd mascarpone whipped and folded into our rich farm egg for a delicious and fluffy mousse, studded with Blue & White poppy seeds. A ripple of blueberry jam and a topping of GF streusel make this an irresistible semifreddo.
