Farm grown zucchini are tossed in tons of herbs and sweet paprika before being roasted al dente and layered with our farm grown roasted garlic, tomato and basil sauce. A thick layer of farm grown chive ricotta adds creaminess to the rich zucchini and tomato layers. Topped with house made gluten free breadcrumbs and Sweet Rowen's cheese curds. We like to say "think this dish like eggplant parm and lasagna had a zucchini love child"!
