He simply drizzled some on a fresh cut apple right from the orchards and then we understood. This balsamic is designed to show the full character of the apple. Rich, crisp, sweet, tart and warm… while it may seem like a lot of contradicting descriptions, this balsamic takes your palate through a symphony of apple flavors.
We love this balsamic, of course, as a salad dressing. Try though roasting apples and pork in it, or create a show stopping apple pie; you can even add a drizzle to your French onion soup. This balsamic is a must have for your pantry.
