*These times are our best guidelines for cooking our pastas. Every stove is different so always taste the pasta as it is cooking to ensure the "perfect al dente". Also don't forget to check out our cooking tips & tricks page for more details and more about "al dente".

LONG NOODLES

Mafaldine

Cooking Time: 4-6 minutes

Favorite Dish: L'Arrabiata, Carbonara, Bolognese

Pappardelle

Cooking Time: 4 - 6 minutes

Favorite Dishes: Pappardelle al Ragu Toscana or ai Funghi e Panna

  Linguine & Linguine Nere

Cooking Time: 3 - 5 minutes

Favorite Dishes: Linguine alle vongole (with clams). 

 Spagettini

Cooking Time 2 - 4 minutes

Favorite Dishes: with Tomato sauce, Vietnemese style Pho, Ramen, Chicken Noodle Soups, Spanish style Fideua

Tonnarelli

Cooking Time: 7 - 9 minutes

Favorite Dishes: Cacio e Pepe, Tonkatsu Ramens, Stir Fries, Low Mein style dishes

Cooking Time: 6 - 8 minutes

Cooking Time: 3 - 5 minutes

Favorite Dish: Cheddar & Broccoli Baked Pasta with Proscuitto Topping

  

Fusilli

Cooking Time: 2 - 4 minutes

Favorite Dishes: pasta salads, particularly Greek influenced and tomato sauces like puttanesca 

Gnocchetti Sardi*

Cooking Time: 4 - 6 miutes

Favorite Dishes: Impossible to choose just 1, our favorite all around shape. Lemony Roasted Greens Pasta.

Radiatori

Cooking Time: 3 - 5 minutes

Favorite Dishes: pestos, pasta salads, cacio e pepe, a kid favorite! 

Rigatoni

Cooking time: 3 - 5 minutes

Favorite Dish: Baked Rigatoni alla Calabria

Strozzapreti

Cooking Time: 3 - 5 minutes

GLUTEN FREE PASTAS

 GF Tonnarelli

Cooking Time: 5 - 7 minutes

Favorite Dishes: Cacio e Pepe, Tonkatsu style Ramens, Stir Fries, Ragus.

Ingredients: GF Flours (Sorghum, GF Oat, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour), Farm Eggs, Xanthan Gum

GF Gnocchetti Sardi

Cooking Time: 3 - 5 minutes

Favorited Dishes: Mac & Cheese. Try our Broccoli & Cheddar Mac Recipe, simply sub out the pasta and flour for gf!

Ingredients: GF Flours (Sorghum, GF Oat, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour), Farm Eggs, Xanthan Gum

GNOCCHI

Gnocchi

Always cook directly from frozen.

Drop in boiling water until all gnocchi float, cook for 2 - 4 more minutes. Drain well. If desired, sear in a hot pan with butter or oil on medium heat until golden brown, 2-4 minutes. 

FILLED PASTAS
