Cooking Time: 4-6 minutes

Favorite Dishes: L'Arrabiata, Carbonara, Bolognese

Pappardelle

Cooking Time: 4 - 6 minutes

Favorite Dishes: Pappardelle al Ragu Toscana or ai Funghi e Panna

  Linguine & Linguine Nere

Cooking Time: 3 - 5 minutes

Favorite Dishes: Linguine alle vongole (with clams).

Gnocchetti Sardi*

Cooking Time: 4 - 6 minutes

Favorite Dishes: Impossible to choose just one! Our favorite all around shape. Try it in a Lemony Roasted Greens Pasta.

GLUTEN FREE PASTAS

 GF Tonnarelli

Cooking Time: 5 - 7 minutes

Favorite Dishes: Cacio e Pepe, Tonkatsu style Ramens, Stir Fries, Ragus.

Ingredients: GF Flours (Sorghum, GF Oat, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour), Farm Eggs, Xanthan Gum

GF Gnocchetti Sardi

Cooking Time: 3 - 5 minutes

Favorited Dishes: Mac & Cheese. Try our Broccoli & Cheddar Mac Recipe, simply sub out the pasta and flour for gf!

Ingredients: GF Flours (Sorghum, GF Oat, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour), Farm Eggs, Xanthan Gum

GNOCCHI

Gnocchi

Always cook directly from frozen.

Drop in boiling water until all gnocchi float, then cook for 2 - 4 more minutes. Drain well. If desired, sear in a hot pan with butter or oil on medium heat until golden brown, 2-4 minutes.
