Every town in Italy has their local shop that sells specialty foods and prepared dishes, called a Gastronomia. Trenchers Farmhouse is the Gastronomia of Vermont, creating artisan farm to table pastas and sauces that highlight the seasonal delights of our farm. Our regenerative farm system focuses on Heirloom Italian varietal and we grow nutrient rich vegetables and pasture raised eggs and animals.
