Cantucci is the traditional name for Biscotti from the hills of Tuscany. Ready to be dunked into your next hot beverage, these traditional cookies are a crowd pleaser.
This week's cantucci flavor takes us to Ecuador! Rich organic Mashpi chocolate is used in all forms from cacao pulp to nibs to powder to 65% dark chocolate. Salak also known as snake fruit is grown in the forest with the cacao. This tropical fruit with the flavor of lychee but the texture of pear is a wonderful pop of brightness in these cantucci.
Mashpi is a regenerative chocolate farm in the heart of the ecuadorian cloud forest. Check out our slow food live talk on our facebook page to learn more!
We also have our maple and almond canutcci available. Hi Vue maples is a 103 year old bird friendly regenerative maple in Vermont. Paired with a touch of lemon zest and Almonds. This take on the classic tuscan cantucci is a favorite!
