Zucchini, Lemon & Ricotta Piramidali

Frozen, Sold in 12 oz containers good for 2-4 servings. 

 A Vermont take on a classic ravioli from the north east of Italy! Piramidali or little pyramids are a filling packed ravioli seen mostly in northern alpine towns.

A delicious egg dough encases a deliciously creamy filling that stuffs these tender pillows. Farm grown Zucchini are gently sauteed and whipped into Maple Brook Farm ricotta cheese, bright lemon and our farm grown chives. These pyramid shaped pillows are delicious in our Salsa alla Norma sauce or Garlic Scape Maro.
