Pappardelle originates from Giacomo's home region of Emilia Romagna but the Tuscans made this pasta the most famous. 1 inch thick noodles with a rich and creamy taste are ready to twirl through sauces. In Tuscany wild boar ragu is the traditional pairing where in Emilia Romagna the thinner brother of this pasta also known as Tagliatelle is served with Bolognese.
