No thanksgiving is complete without Potatoes Gratin. We are making our favorite Italian version of the side dish with our organic gold potatoes and our farm grown cardoons (a cousin of the artichoke) lots of fresh parmigiano reggiano and farm grown roasted garlic. All smothered in local cream & milk and our profumo del vermont spices before being topped off with even more Parmigiano Reggiano and farm herbs!
Ready to roast in the oven until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes
