
No thanksgiving is complete without Potatoes Gratin. We are making our favorite Italian version of the side dish with our farm grown potatoes, caramelized leeks, confit cardoons (a cousin of the artichoke, think celery and artichoke hearts had a love child) and garlic. All smothered in local cream and our profumo del vermont spices before being topped off with Parmigiano Reggiano 24 month and more farm herbs!
