First seen in 1930 in Italy and named after the word "rigati" which means ridges or lines in Italian. Our Rigatoni is great for any baked pastas, heavier sauces and weeknight dinners. Made from our blend of Vermont grown wheat and Texas 00 flour and pasture raised eggs. Our rigatoni will take this simple pasta shape and make it a classic in your kitchen.
