Rosette or "little roses" use our thin and delicate sfoglia spread with a delicious farm grown greens whipped with ricotta cheese, parmigiano reggiano, and farm herbs. Rolled into roses and then smothered in a creamy version of Salsa alla Norma. A rich tomato besciamella is whipped with confit of eggplants, sweet peppers, herbs and roasted garlic! A dusting of parmigiano reggiano cheese finishes off our farm take on this Emilia pasta al forno!
