Layers of our Sponge Cake is generously soaked with IONA tea's Alpenglow spiced tea. Then filled with our Vermont Creamery's mascarpone cheese infused with corn cobs and corn puree. Layered with a thin layer of our house made raspberry jam. Topped off with a dusting of candied corn, our take on this Italian dessert is the perfect way to end any meal or special occasion.
