Tonnarelli is the thicker square cousin of spaghetti originating from around Rome in Lazio. These square noodles are 3mm (3/32in) thick and square are the more famous version of this shape is from Abruzzo.

Our Tonnarelli provides a nice bite and more texture than your standard spaghetti making it perfect for more robust sauces. Made with Vermont winter wheat as well as pasture raised farm eggs this thick pasta noodle is ready to be twirled though a rich farm sauce.

Tonkatsu Style Ramen

Jenny's love for noodles actually originated in Japan. While learning the art of Soba noodles in Tokyo what else was there to do other than eat all the ramen. This is our Vermont take on this classic pork based soup. While tonnarelli is thicker than traditional ramen noodles we love the texture they bring to this broth. You can also use the angel hair instead if you perfer a more delicate noodle in your ramen.
