Tonkatsu Style Ramen
Jenny's love for noodles actually originated in Japan. While learning the art of Soba noodles in Tokyo what else was there to do other than eat all the ramen. This is our Vermont take on this classic pork based soup. While tonnarelli is thicker than traditional ramen noodles we love the texture they bring to this broth. You can also use the angel hair instead if you perfer a more delicate noodle in your ramen.
