A vermont take on a classic ravioli from the north east of Italy! Farm grown currants are roasted in balsamic vinegar and whipped with toasted black walnuts, ricotta cheese and farm grown tarragon! Try this with our broccoli pesto or a simple brown butter and sage sauce.
