Nonna's classic tomato sauce. First of the season Pete's Greens Heirloom tomatoes are cooked low and slow with organic arbequina olive oil. Organic farm onions are roasted low and slow in organic olive oil and blended into the tomatoes.  This silky tomato sauce is then packed with delicious basil and oregano from our farm.  Our farm to table take on this classic.
