We are excited to offer our favorite take on Gnocchi - Beet
Organic russet potatoes are folded with NEK Grains sifted wheat flour, Field Stone Farm's roasted beets and our rich eggs for lovely, purple, fluffy pillows.
These little dumplings are great to be boiled and seared in butter for a crispy outside and fluffy delicate inside!

Try them with our Seasonal Pesto or Tomato Sauce!
