Organic russet potatoes are folded with NEK grains sifted wheat flour, roasted Field Stone Farm's beets and our rich eggs for lovely, purple,, fluffy pillows

These little dumplings are great to be boiled and seared in butter for a crispy outside and fluffy delicate inside!
