We are excited to offer our favorite take on Gnocchi - Ricotta

Organic russet potatoes are folded with NEK grains sifted wheat flour, MillBridge Farm's hand dipped ricotta cheese and our rich eggs for lovely, purple,, fluffy pillows

These little dumplings are great to be boiled and seared in butter for a crispy outside and fluffy delicate inside!
