Sutton Hollow Homestead's winter squashes are roasted to perfect in sage and lemon before being studded through this creamy pesto. . A sprinkling of Parmigano Reggiano Vacca Bianca makes this take & bake ready to pop in your oven!

Ingredients:  Gluten Free Gnocchetti Sardi Pasta (sorghum flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, oat flour, xanthum gum, eggs) Spinach Pesto (Spinach, EVOO, Basil, Black Walnuts, Lemon, Balsamic, Garlic), Winter Squash, Sage,  Parmigano Reggiano Cheese, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt.
