Travel to the hills of Umbria with ribbons of Pappardelle fresh pasta dancing in a rich goat cheese and lemon sauce studded with tender asparaguse. Find out the hidden gems of the hills of Umbria and why they are the perfect inspiration for a delicious spring inspired dish just begging to be twirled with Pappardelle pasta!
This is a super fun, good for all skill levels, no special equipment necessary! This class runs about 1 hour via Zoom.
While this is a free event, you will still need to sign up to receive the zoom links, recipes and shopping lists. Please note you can sign up for each individual class on the previous page.
Prior to the class, students will receive the shopping list, equipment list, recipes and a welcome email with the zoom link.
