Tuscan's love their fennel. Especially paired with roasted tomatoes and briny capers. We are embracing Central Tuscany with our new tomato sauce. Taking inspiration from many dinners we had while working in Panzano in the heart of the Chianti region of Italy, we are blending our farm grown tomatoes roaste with caramelized Fieldston Farm fennel and chopped Sicilian capers. Try this tomato sauce with our Mafaldine or Radiatori pasta shape. 

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Fennel, Capers, Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic, Oregano, Scallions, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt, Silk Chilis.
