Heirloom Verde di Taglio swiss chard is whipped into Mill Brook Farms ricotta cheese,roasted garlic & oregano.  Finished with balsamic glaze for a touch of sweetness, this filled pasta is perfect for any occasion. 

Delicious paired with a our Piemontese pesto or our Salsa alla Norma or Alla Vodka Sauce.
