This dish has deep roots in Emilia Romagna. Growing up Giacomo enjoyed this dish weekly in school and at home. The traditional dish does not use peas but we love the little pop of texture and brightness they bring to this dish. Simple, delicious, crowd pleasing.
This is a super fun, good for all skill levels, no special equipment necessary! This class runs about 1 hour via Zoom.
While this is a free event, you will still need to sign up to receive the zoom links, recipes and shopping lists. Please note you can sign up for all the classes on the previous page.
Prior to the class, students will receive the shopping list, equipment list, recipes and a welcome email with the zoom link.
