Join us every Sunday night at 5pm to make a delicious pasta dish blending our fresh pasta with seasonal, crave worthy dinners sure to impress the whole family. Our recipes blend Italian tradition with New England ingredients designed to become a weekly staple all year round! Each dish can be made gluten free or vegetarian too.

Nothing dances better with our mafaldine pasta than ragu. All those squiggly ridges are begging to be twirled with this roasted winter squash ragu! Learn about the Napolitana tradition with Mafaldine, our “little lasagna in every bite”
This is a super fun, good for all skill levels, no special equipment necessary! This class runs about 1 hour via Zoom.
