Time to Stock Up! Last Call for Trenchers.
We continue to share some news with both gratitude and heavy hearts. After much reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision to fully close down Trenchers Farmhouse food production as we know it. This chapter has been one of the greatest joys because of you, our community, who loved & supported our Farm to Pasta movement.
We’re stepping away as we prepare for a new chapter—transitioning our lives to spend more time with family in Italy. While we’ll miss being here full-time in Vermont, we have some plans to share more pasta and our love of Italian goodies virtually in the future. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as those dreams take shape.
The time to stock up is now! We’ll be at the last two Stowe Farmers Markets, Sunday, October 12, and Sunday, October 19, and our farmstand and shipping orders will remain open through November or until sold out. We would love to see you at the farmstand or ship along your favorite products to enjoy a little longer at home.

Trencher pasta is delicious with many choices which change over the season. They have gluten free pasta, which was especially helpful for our family members, plus their organic, farm-fresh eggs, which go into all their products, have been very helpful for our daughter with allergies.
